Idelco starts from its proven modular frames, clads them in wood, fits them out with a full residential interior and delivers them turnkey to your site. The result is a compact, sustainable and relocatable space that feels like a true living space — without the cost, lead time and permit pressure of traditional construction.

From a quiet home office at the bottom of the garden to an inviting garden bar, a private practice room for physiotherapists or osteopaths, a stylish poolhouse, a guest house or a beautifully finished storage or hobby room: our residential modular units are fully custom-built. You choose the exterior cladding (thermoayous, red cedar or comparable sustainable timber), the frame in anthracite or a RAL colour of your choice, the window sections, the floor type and the layout. All units are fully insulated for year-round use, connectable to water, electricity and sewage, and usually delivered within a few weeks. Ideally placed on a hardened surface, but thanks to the modular frame they can also be installed on stilts or on a terrace — and relocated later if your situation changes.
